Step 1: Scam Detection, Audit & Assessment Package
Purpose: For clients who believe they may be a victim of a scam and want clarity, verification, and an expert action plan.
What’s Included:
Verification – We review the communications, websites, documents, and payment records to determine if it is a scam.
Risk Assessment – Identify what personal or financial data may be at risk (accounts, ID, devices).
Impact Analysis – Determine if money, identity, or sensitive details have already been compromised.
Action Plan – Clear next steps tailored to the client: who to report to, immediate safety measures, and how to prevent further harm.
Peace of Mind – Either reassurance it’s not a scam, or confirmation with clear guidance on what to do.
One Fixed Fee $495 – Clients know upfront what they are paying for.
What to Do if You’ve Already Been Scammed
If you think you’ve been scammed, don’t panic — but do act quickly. The faster you respond, the better the chances of stopping further damage
Contact NetSafe (New Zealand’s official online safety service) or your bank (if you’ve shared any financial details). They can help guide you on next steps and might be able to stop any further transactions.
2. Report the Scam.
If you’re still in touch with the scammer, cut off all communication immediately. Do not respond to emails, messages, or phone calls.
If you've shared personal or financial information, notify your bank, credit card company, and online accounts right away. This includes changing passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where possible.
3. Freeze Your Accounts.

5. Reach Out for Support.
Save any emails, texts, screenshots, or phone numbers associated with the scam. This can help authorities or investigators track down the scammer.
